My friend Sam sent me the following video of 13 year old Lori Mae Hernandez:



Overall, I would rate her:

Comedy Material: A
Delivery/timing: B- (she was a little nervous and it showed)

With practice, she could master the art of comic delivery/timing. But being able to write something funny is 90% of comedy. She is most of the way there.
