It is time to close out the week with another weekly musical finale.
This week, I am digging into the vaults for a classic from the 1970's, Fleetwood Mac's The Chain:
The Chain is a wonderful piece of folk-style music, which builds to a rocking crescendo. It was featured on Fleetwood Mac's "Rumours" album, arguably one of the great albums of all-time. The Chain is also one of the few Fleetwood Mac songs where the entire band shares the writing credit.
Of course, The Chain's resurrection today didn't come out of nowhere. It was featured in the most recent trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, which was just released this past week (the trailer was released, not the movie):
