Hillary collapses: Today's news for September 12th

Daily Mail:

As usual with the Clintons, we have to have an event with them before we learn the full truth:
Hillary Clinton has called off plans to visit the West Coast on Monday and Tuesday following her 'medical episode' at the 9/11 memorial ceremony.
Her doctor revealed that the 68-year-old has pneumonia - hours after a video showed her collapsing into the arms of her Secret Service agents after being rushed from the memorial service at the World Trade Center.
Dr Lisa R Bardack said Sunday evening that Clinton had become overheated and dehydrated at the event in lower Manhattan.
Bardack said Clinton is now 'recovering nicely' at her home in Chappaqua, New York.
Even now, are we sure we have the full story?

CNN:

Long story short: Nothing to see here folks. Move along.

Unfortunately, CNN has already proven itself to be a propaganda arm of the Clinton campaign. The article above, by Dr. Ford Vox, is quite convincing, and may even be correct. But can we trust it?

At least one person has changed his mind over this: Washington Post writer Chris Cillizza.

Washington Post:
Coughing, I wrote, is simply not evidence enough of any sort of major illness that Clinton is assumed to be hiding. Neither, of course, is feeling “overheated.” But those two things happening within six days of each other to a candidate who is 68 years old makes talk of Clinton’s health no longer just the stuff of conspiracy theorists.
This is the same Chris Cillizza who just last week wrote this about Hillary's health:
This is a totally ridiculous issue — for lots of reasons — and one that if Trump or his Republican surrogates continue to focus on is a surefire loser in the fall.
Enjoy your crow Mr. Cillizza. You've earned it.

Sharyl Attkisson:

Kudos to Ms. Attkisson for her role as ombudsman to the entire Media. In response to Chris Cillizza's "change of mind" above, Attkisson had this analysis:
In other words, all this was “the stuff of conspiracy theorists” until the reporters who appear to have been proven wrong, decided it was not. It’s almost as if we in the media take an editorial position with no factual basis, dare critics to prove us wrong, and then when events do, we modify our stance.
That’s not what the news is supposed to do. Reporters are, ideally, supposed to bring facts to light. If we relegate our role to one of spinning and trying to convince the public of our position; then end up bringing up the rear after-the-fact, what good are we?
Indeed.

But that isn't the end of the story...

Liberty Viral:
David Shuster, journalist for Al Jazeera America and MSNBC, tweeted about a possible emergency meeting within the Democratic National Committee to “CONSIDER replacement” for Hillary Clinton’s presidential candidacy.
Admittedly, this is a  rumor at this point. However, if true, this says a lot about the Democrats. They put all their eggs in the Hillary basket.

It would seem to me that Tim Kaine would be the logical replacement if something happened to Hillary, since he is running for vice president? Or is this DNC meeting a "no confidence" vote against him?

If they don't go with Kaine, then who? The next logical choice is Bernie Sanders, who the DNC doesn't like. Another possibility: Elizabeth Warren, but I doubt she will leave the senate for a last second presidential bid. After that, the ranks grow thin.

My guess is they stick with Kaine, with Sanders as an outside possibility.
