Fox News:
State Department seeks 27-month delay for release of Clinton Foundation emails

The State Department has sought to delay the court-ordered release of emails between four of Hillary Clinton's top aides and officials at the Clinton Foundation and a closely associated public relations firm.
The motion, filed in federal court by the Justice Department late Wednesday, seeks to put off the release of the emails by 27 months. It was first reported on by The Daily Caller.
In the filing, the State Department says it originally estimated that approximately 6,000 emails and other documents were exchanged between the aides — identified as former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Michael Fuchs, former Ambassador-At-Large Melanne Verveer, Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, and Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin — and the Clinton Foundation and Teneo Holdings, a communications shop that former President Bill Clinton helped launch.
However, the State Department said that due to errors in the initial document search, the number of "potentially responsive documents" was in fact more than 34,000. The department estimated that it had more than 13,000 pages still left to review.
This just gets the bear:

This also leads to questions like: Why on earth are Hillary's aides sending such an obscene amount of emails to her private foundation? "Crooked Hillary" indeed.

Meanwhile, over in England...

The Guardian:
Theresa May has launched her bid for the Conservative leadership, pledging that “Brexit means Brexit” and that there would be no general election before 2020.

The home secretary, who campaigned to remain in the EU, positioned herself as the candidate of stability and experience.
While I find her intriguing (she seems rather no-nonsense), the fact she was against the Brexit makes her suspect in my eyes.

CNN:
Istanbul airport terror attack: Alleged planner identified

What is most fascinating here is the Russian connection:
The organizer of the Istanbul airport massacre is a well-known terrorist who served as a top lieutenant in the ISIS war ministry, a U.S. official said.

Akhmed Chatayev, from Russia's North Caucasus region, directed the three suicide bombers who killed 44 people Tuesday, said rep Michael McCaul, chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security.

Turkish media reported that a man nicknamed "Akhmed One-Arm" organized the attack.

While his whereabouts are unclear, his ties to jihadist activities are well documented, McCaul said.

"He's ... probably the No. 1 enemy in the Northern Caucus region of Russia. He's traveled to Syria on many occasions and became one of the top lieutenants for the minister of war for ISIS operations," he told CNN's Brianna Keilar.
...The allegation mirrors a growing trend of battle-hardened fighters from Russia and former Soviet republics joining ISIS in recent years.

Chechnya produced many fighters following the 1990s wars that pitted Russian forces against Chechen separatists.

Russians deployed brutal tactics in Chechnya, which radicalized the insurgents and moved them in an Islamist and militant direction, CNN national security analyst Peter Bergen said.

In October, Russian President Vladimir Putin said between 5,000 to 7,000 fighters from Russia and the former Soviet republics are in Syria.

"Ask anybody inside ISIS or who's fought ISIS. People from the former Soviet Union tend to be the most ... willing to die," said CNN contributor Michael Weiss, author of "ISIS: Inside the Army of Terror."
Do you see what happened here? Russia cracked down hard on it's Muslims, and got more radicals as a result.

How many times do I have to say this? We need to end military operations in Islamic nations ASAP. This is not solving our problems with terrorism, and is in fact making them worse.
