Let me throw you a hypothetical: It's 1943, and President Roosevelt did NOT place Japanese-Americans in internment camps. What do you think would have happened to Japanese children in schools around the country? It would have been ugly.
So here we are today, with American troops all over the Middle East. We are, in effect, at war with Islam. Even if it is an undeclared war, we are still fighting it. For most Americans, that war started back on 9/11, and incidents such as the Boston Marathon bombing have only stoked the American war coals against Islam.
(Of course, nobody in America sees the connection between U.S. military actions in the Middle East, and the growth of Islamic "radicalism". Then again, nobody ever went broke underestimating the stupidity of the American people either...)
We are effectively at war with Islam, and people are surprised that school children would turn on Islamic school children? The kids are just following the example set by their parents, who are in turn following the example set by their government.
Frankly, if we are going to carry out a war against Islam, it would make sense if we were to put all Muslims in internment camps, if for no other reason than their own safety.
You find that inhumane? But you have no issues with the U.S. government killing 210,000 innocent Muslims in other countries?
There is one other idea...How about we make peace with Islam? Maybe stop bombing Islamic nations?
"And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise."--Luke 6:31If you want to stop anti-Muslim school bullying, maybe we should stop being an international bully ourselves?
